What You'll Do:

• Build and deploy AI applications to improve efficiency and deliver business value
• Apply NLP, LLMs, and automation to extract insights from complex, unstructured data
• Collaborate across departments to identify and implement impactful AI use cases
• Evaluate emerging models and AI tools for practical adoption
• Work closely with the Head of Data Science to scale innovative solutions

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Python, ML, and NLP/LLMs
• Familiarity with open-source LLMs (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral, Qwen) and RAG pipelines
• Experience building APIs and interactive tools using FastAPI, Streamlit, or Gradio
• Solid understanding of AI infrastructure, including GPUs and Docker
• Experience working with unstructured data sources such as PDFs, emails, and OCR
• Proficiency in Git, SQL, and handling various data formats
