Qualifications

• Strong analytical and statistical skills.
• Experience using Python or R and SQL to analyse data.
• Interest in machine learning, predictive analytics, AI and emerging technologies.
• Experience with complex datasets and turning data into insights.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Collaborative approach across disciplines and service areas.

Responsibilities

• Build analytical products and tools to support frontline staff and decision-makers.
• Apply analytics, ML and NLP techniques to generate actionable insights.
• Help shape the future direction of the B&D Matrix and linked data initiatives.
• Ensure data science outputs are embedded into operational processes with measurable impact for residents.
