Drive our digital transformation developing Data-Driven Solutions implementing Data Modelling and Data Science techniques with projects focused on maximizing sales, optimizing processes, and strengthening our competitiveness in all markets.

Utilize advanced mathematical and programming techniques to analyze and interpret large data sets to solve business problems. Constant collaboration with business teams, deep understanding of business problems, explaining results in simple, powerful ways.

Experience working with Marketing Projects, especially with Marketing Mix Modeling.

What You Will Do

• Implement Data Modelling and Data Science Techniques to analyze and interpret large data sets to solve business problems.
• Research, develop, and apply custom data models and algorithms to data sets.
• Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, process improvements, ad targeting, and other business outcomes – as well as supporting cost savings initiatives.
• Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging internal and external data to drive business value.
• Contribute to the development of processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and accuracy.
• Communicate results and ideas in a clear and concise way to key decision makers and drive a change in how these solutions are adopted.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends in the area of data science.

Who You Are

• Data Science Engineering, Actuary, Mathematical or Statistical Professional.
• Experience with Marketing, Merchandising, and Marketing Mix Modeling Projects is a Plus.
• Experience with Linear and Multiple Regressions, Data Clustering, Machine Learning.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Statistics: Studying data to find significant trends.
• Data mining: Extracting information from large datasets to find patterns, correlations, and trends.
• Programming: Core skill for turning unprocessed data into useful information. Python, R, or another related to Data Science.
• Ability to work in an international environment across multiple business needs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings.
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with business process owners.
• Capable of transferring knowledge to existing business and IT staff.
• Fluent in English, written and oral.
