This is a new position for a Data Scientist with a global, data-driven company that leverages data to serve as a market differentiator.

The focus of this role is to deliver data science solutions impacting areas such as advertising effectiveness and dynamic creative optimization.

The individual in this role will be asked to:

• Lead high-impact projects through their lifecycle
• Scope and plan projects with detailed milestones and schedules
• Utilize SQL and/or Python (Jupyter Notebooks) for data preparation, exploratory analysis, and model evaluation
• Engage in problem-solving and troubleshooting issues in data or methodologies
• Investigate data and recommend solutions aligned with client requirements

And should have experience of:

• Working as a Data Scientist in a high-value commercial environment
• Requirements gathering and idea generation
• Defining problems and success criteria
• Data wrangling, exploratory data analysis, modeling, and interpreting results
• Advanced statistical and analytical techniques, including sampling, regression, distribution properties, and weighting
• Proper use of statistical tests in real-world applications
• Proficiency in Python libraries such as NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, and others
• Working knowledge of SQL, data structures, and databases (Snowflake is desirable)
