We’re looking for a curious, hands-on Data Scientist to lead data-driven projects, build models that drive real decisions, and shape how data powers the business. If you’re passionate about turning complex data into commercial impact – this one’s for you.

What you’ll do:

Dig into complex datasets to uncover insights and trends
Build and deploy predictive models that support business goals
Present clear, impactful findings to senior leaders
Work cross-functionally to deliver data projects end-to-end

What you’ll bring:

Strong experience with Python or R
Proven track record with machine learning and predictive analytics
Confidence turning data into decisions – and explaining it simply
Commercial mindset and a drive to make data count
Background in customer engagement, BPO, or fast-paced service industries
Degree in a related field (e.g. Data Science, Stats, Computer Science)
Real impact – your work will shape strategy, not sit in a report
