How you will create impact:

As a Data Scientist at Simon-Kucher, you will be an integral part of the project teams working to drive top-line growth for our clients, primarily focusing on UK and Netherlands projects. Your responsibilities include:

• Data wrangling, extraction, and pre-processing in SQL or Python
• Conducting exploratory data analysis and communicating insights through visualizations in Tableau or PowerBI
• Developing, testing, and implementing Machine Learning models
• Researching recent developments in Machine Learning and AI related to pricing, sales, and marketing
• Serving as a topic expert on Machine Learning and AI for your project team

Your profile:

• Degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience
• Over 2 years of experience in data science in a commercial or consulting setting
• Experience with Machine Learning and statistical modeling techniques
• Strong programming skills in R and/or Python
• Experience applying analytics and Machine Learning to solve business problems
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex topics clearly
• Entrepreneurial spirit and eagerness for growth

Additional knowledge and experience that would make your application stand out:

• Implementation experience with Machine Learning models
