A leading Real Estate/Proptech organisation seeks a Data Scientist to establish its Data function. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape team structures and methodologies from the ground up, leveraging predictive models and data insights to accelerate marketing and sales efforts. Ideal candidates will have experience in a similar start-up environment and a solid foundation in Python and R.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with data visualization tools and SQL.

I am managing an exciting Data Science contract position for a Real Estate/Proptech organisation starting up a Data function to help drive their marketing and sales divisions.

You would be the first hire into this new team, responsible for helping to hire further staff and setting the foundations/road map for them to follow.

Ideally, you will have experience with a previous property company, either in Real Estate or Proptech.

Required:

• Understanding of predictive models and statistical analysis
• Highly skilled in Python and R
• Start-up experience/being the 1st hire within Data Science previously
• Data Visualization tools
• Knowledge of SQL, Excel, and desirably Salesforce
