Job summary

Evera Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Data Scientist to transform raw experimental data into meaningful insights, visualisations and scalable analytical workflows. You will develop tools and workflows to automate data extraction, processing and analysis within energy storage technology programmes.

You will build data pipelines, databases and analytical frameworks, applying statistics and machine learning to shape product development decisions.

Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physical Sciences or a related quantitative discipline.
• Strong programming skills for data analysis and workflow development, ideally including Python.
• Experience building data pipelines and working with complex datasets.
• Strong data visualization and communication skills.
• Experience applying statistical methods and/or machine learning techniques.
• Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git.

Data plays a critical role in accelerating product development, improving decision-making and unlocking deeper insight into complex experimental programmes. As the Data Scientist, you will help build the data foundations that support the development of next‑generation energy storage technologies, transforming raw experimental data into meaningful insights, visualisations and scalable analytical workflows.

The Data Scientist will:
