Job Requirements

Essential:

• Strong experience with SQL databases and CRM systems for data extraction and manipulation
• Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Card Engine)
• Clear understanding of GDPR and data compliance standards
• Proven ability to analyze complex data and present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience producing dashboards and performance reports to support decision-making
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills

Desirable:

• Knowledge of workforce, qualification, or policy-related data
• Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation and automation
• Experience with public-facing reports or working in not-for-profit or public sector settings
• Understanding of labour market intelligence or industry regulation in the electrotechnical sector
