Data Science Manager - Python, Metaheuristics

Oliver Bernard has partnered with a global leader in the E-Commerce sector, seeking a Data Science Manager with Metaheuristics expertise to join their established Data Science team and manage 4-8 Data Scientists.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and provide leadership to the Data Science team. You will also demonstrate technical leadership by designing and implementing algorithmic components.

This role is suitable for Senior Data Scientists with Metaheuristics experience and prior mentoring experience.

Required skills and experience:

• Multiple years of experience as a Senior Data Scientist or Data Science Manager
• Metaheuristics experience (please do not apply without this)
• Strong Python skills

This hybrid role requires 3 days per week in Central London offices. Compensation can reach up to £120k, including a 20% bonus. Visa sponsorship and relocation packages are available if needed.
