In our Data & AI team you will:

• Set and implement the strategic vision for Applied Intelligence’s data ecosystem, including data Science & engineering.
• Assess generative AI proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs and evaluating feasibility, stack compatibility, and build-vs-buy decisions.
• Work collaboratively with digital teams, Senior architects, and stakeholders to design comprehensive AI solutions within the enterprise.

As a Generative AI Solutions Architect, you will:

• Translate business needs into robust data solutions and own the data strategy, architecture, and engineering excellence within Applied Intelligence.
• Architectural design for early-stage generative AI initiatives, directing proof-of-concept (PoC) and prototype development in collaboration with the teams.
• Execute deployment strategies and provide guidance on containerization, performance monitoring, and deployment.
• Consult on leveraging cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP to facilitate scalable model deployment.
• Evaluate generative AI solutions across teams, identifying potential risks such as technical debt and overlapping initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Cloud vendors to integrate Responsible AI principles and standards into LLM evaluations and applications, ensuring ethical and secure AI deployment.
• Act as a subject matter expert on generative AI, providing guidance to cross-functional teams, including digital, platform, and governance stakeholders.
• Work closely with teams and senior architects to define strategies for AI solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs for impactful and effective implementations.
• Advocate for the adoption of cutting-edge data technologies and methodologies, including AI-driven data processing, machine learning pipelines, and automated data integration.
• Partner with developers and engineers to deploy machine learning algorithms to deliver business value.
• Design reusable assets, solutions and develop best practices for current and future business problems.
• Consult on complex analyses and advanced machine learning methods.
• Communicate and provide guidance to senior client leadership and teams.
• Shape AI Strategy and the delivery of LLM based solutions.
• Operate across multiple industries and functions.
• Develop others by bringing your unique knowledge and skillsets to the wider practice.

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

• Relevant work experience in data science, machine learning, and business analytics.
• Possess extensive experience in generative AI and machine learning frameworks, including models such as GANs, VAEs, transformer-based architectures, and LLMs.
• Exposure in designing and deploying AI architectures at scale, with robust capabilities in risk assessment and alignment with enterprise standards.
• Experience in establishing or operating within AI governance frameworks, emphasizing risk mitigation, Responsible AI compliance, and adherence to organizational standards.
• Strong verbal/written communication & data presentation skills.
• Proven experience in MLOps and AI lifecycle management, with a focus on scalable deployments on platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Extensive hands-on experience with cloud-based AI/ML solutions and programming languages (e.g., Python, PySpark), data modelling, and microservices.
• Proficient in LLM orchestration on platforms such as OpenAI on Azure, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI, or Gemini AI.
• Serve as a critical link between Business and developer team, owning the design of multiple services, products, and solutions with High and low-level design.
• Have the ability to optimize for various requirements, including functional needs, quality attributes (e.g., security, usability) and cost.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
