Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2.1 degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Statistics or similar.
• Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver AI/ML solutions to production.
• Experience with AI delivery architecture, product design principles and engineering excellence.
• Experience with modern AI engineering approaches (prompt engineering, RAG, agentic AI, model evaluation, monitoring).

Responsibilities

• Lead successful delivery of advanced AI solutions leveraging ML and generative AI technologies.
• Provide technical leadership and architecture direction with senior stakeholders.
• Develop standards and policies; coach and develop team members and foster engineering excellence.
