You will lead a team of Data Scientists to deliver impactful analytical solutions, define and implement strategic data initiatives, and collaborate with the broader business to integrate data science into core platforms.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, stakeholder management experience, and over 7 years of experience in a data science or actuarial role.
