Job Title: Technical Business Analyst

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to interpret requirements, identify relevant data sets for projects within our clients' organizations, and possess the technical skills to present and visualize data, providing tangible, actionable insights.

What you’ll be doing:

• Collect and interpret data to ensure the right foundations are in place for project delivery. Understand business processes and articulate them into engineering and data science contexts. Present findings effectively to stakeholders with visual reporting skills.
• Work as part of a team of problem solvers with expertise in data science and engineering. Collaborate with various stakeholders across multiple projects, products, and services.
• Analyze new business propositions, develop business cases, define and elicit requirements, and shape project scope.
• Support the transition of business ideas into practical deliverables for stakeholders.
• Promote agile and design thinking methodologies to foster innovation, continuous improvement, and solve complex problems. Support digital transformation initiatives to scale the business through efficiencies and new services.

What you can bring:

• Proven experience in data analysis, Python, SQL, database management, and data warehousing.
• Strong understanding of business analysis frameworks, benefits management, process modeling, requirements analysis, user journey mapping, persona creation, and functional decomposition.
• Ability to lead discovery processes and design analytical approaches suited to the environment. Effective communication and presentation skills are essential.
• Stakeholder management skills to build relationships and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving and delivering client solutions.
• Knowledge of advanced analytics and data engineering is desirable.
