Job Description

We are seeking a Data Science and AI Delivery Lead to support our Commercial Domains by developing Data Science & AI solutions, including AI and GenAI, to enhance commercial processes for existing and new data products and services.

In this role, you will lead a team of Data Scientists, ML Ops, Engineers, and Business Analysts, advancing our technological foundation through AI/GenAI expertise to strengthen and expand regional and global capabilities.

Responsibilities include:

• Reporting to the Commercial Domain Lead from the CDO Organization, acting as the main contact for Data Science and AI initiatives, leading organizational AI transformation, managing senior stakeholders, and building an experienced AI solutions team.
• Staying current with Data Science and GenAI advancements, including deployment, edge computing, and quantum computing, to identify strategic opportunities in digital and agricultural sectors.
• Utilizing AI and data analytics to improve existing solutions and create innovative AI applications that redefine business models.
• Inspiring and leading teams of Business Analysts, Data Scientists, GenAI developers, Solution designers, and AI Engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and knowledge sharing.
• Developing and implementing a cutting-edge Data Science and AI integration framework, incorporating Advanced Analytics and LLMs into production systems for improved efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
• Exploring cloud computing to extract insights from enterprise and digital data, driving breakthrough initiatives.
• Designing and implementing cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data and ensure solution integrity.

Qualifications and Experience

• Extensive experience in Data Science, AI, ML Ops, AI engineering, and team leadership across cross-functional and regional teams.
• Strong communication skills and experience managing senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, mentoring, and coaching mindset.
• Process improvement skills and strategic thinking.
• Proficiency in Data Science and GenAI tools and techniques, including:
• Statistics and algorithms
• Python programming and AI/ML libraries
• NLP tools like TensorFlow, spaCy, NLTK
• Data preprocessing, cleaning, and transformation
• Transfer Learning for fine-tuning pre-trained LLMs
• Mathematics and data mining fundamentals
• Experience with Cloud platforms and AWS is preferred
