With Intelligence is a data information business specialising in the asset management sector. The successful candidates will be responsible for collecting and maintaining accurate data pertaining to institutional investors.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, strong analytic and communication skills, and be organised, motivated, and driven. This is an exciting opportunity for a bright and enthusiastic individual interested in developing a career in the asset management industry.

This role is based in Cardiff, offering a basic salary of £24,000 plus a discretionary bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Identify relevant sources of information and leads using online and public sources
• Review financial documents to extract relevant investment data
• Build relationships with investors to obtain proprietary data
• Create standardised data and input into the database
• Develop and maintain key contact relationships to identify new data sources via phone and email
• Ensure data acquisition aligns with business requirements and priorities
• Oversee quality checks, reporting, and data performance improvements

• Excellent problem-solving, logical, and critical thinking skills
• Effective communication and presentation abilities
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and MS Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
