Job summary

The Growth Company in the UK is seeking a Data Coordinator to support the Data Manager in maximising accurate data capture, reporting, and maintaining database quality across the Made Smarter Programme. You will help produce timely management information and support programme administration.

You will have strong IT skills, advanced Excel, and experience building Power BI dashboards, with a focus on data integrity and clarity for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Ability to analyze complex data and identify insights for performance management.
• Strong data governance and privacy awareness (GDPR preferred).
• Experience working with CRM systems and management information systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyse, interrogate and report on data to support programme performance and decisions.
• Produce and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for KPIs.
• Manage data capture, reporting systems and CRM records ensuring accuracy.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on data and resolve queries.
