Job Title: Data Reporting Analyst

Location: Hounslow, UK (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Are you passionate about data-driven decision making and capital programme delivery? We're hiring a Data Reporting Analyst to support high-value infrastructure projects by driving performance insights and reporting excellence.

This role plays a critical part in tracking project delivery obligations across a £1bn+ annual capital portfolio, ensuring high-quality reporting and proactive change management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Monitor, analyse and report on project delivery obligation performance using dashboards (Power BI) and internal systems.
2. Develop and manage reporting frameworks that inform decision-makers across capital programmes.
3. Validate and ensure the accuracy of data inputs across multiple projects.
4. Identify trends, issues, and opportunities by analysing key performance indicators across the project lifecycle.
5. Collaborate with Project Managers, PMO, and Finance teams to coordinate plans, align milestones, and support change forums.
6. Drive reporting improvements and develop prototypes for automated systems.
7. Contribute to broader capital planning and regulatory insight initiatives.

Requirements

1. Previous experience as a Data Reporting Analyst with a project delivery team/function.
2. Experience working with large datasets and Power BI reporting tools.
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
4. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities.
5. Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a complex programme environment.
6. Experience in infrastructure, construction, project management, or PMO roles.
7. Understanding of economic regulation and capital investment processes.
