Job Description
Location: Bristol, UK or Toronto, Canada (Hybrid). We're committed to your flexibility and wellbeing and our hybrid strategy currently requires three days a week in the office, giving you the option to work remotely for some of your working week.
We're embarking on an exciting new phase in the expansion of our Procurement target operating model and we're looking for talented individuals to be part of the journey. Our ambition is to create a function that is proactively called upon by the business to enable growth while reducing cost and managing risk.
To support our vision for the Procurement function, we are building new capabilities in our CoE of which this role will be part of. These capabilities will cover sourcing and contracting, data analytics and reporting, systems and process improvements, as well as third-party risk management and vendor management activities.

As part of this vital team, the CoE Data Reporting Analyst operates at the heart of our global procurement strategy, transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive performance and ensure compliance.
A role you will love
You'll gather and analyze data from a variety of systems, producing reports that inform decision-making at every level of the business. You'll play a key role in automating manual reporting processes and identifying inefficiencies, partnering closely with our Process Manager to remove barriers and improve operational flow.
You'll also troubleshoot system issues, create production process reports, and deliver insights that meet both regulatory and client expectations, working directly with stakeholders, including clients and regulators, to ensure transparency and accountability.
