Job Description:

We are proud to be partnered with our client, a prestigious Global Professional Services Firm, as they look to expand their real estate/workplace experience team with an analytical-focused Data professional.

Spanning Europe, Asia, America, and the Middle East, they have a workforce of more than 5,500. This role is based in their Manchester office, but you would be part of a global analytics team.

You must live within easy commute of Central Manchester to be considered, as there is a regular requirement to be on-site. This is essential.

This role is heavily analytics-focused and would suit someone with an analytical approach to problem solving. You will be working closely with the real estate team and other operational departments and engaging with high-level decision makers. Stakeholder management and strong presentation skills are essential in this role.

Key Skills and Experience required:

• Experience working in an analytical-focused role previously or real-world analytic projects
• Experience using tools like Tableau, SQL, and SAP Business Objects, and good knowledge of working with Excel
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
