A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Data Reporting Administrator to support clinical teams by producing essential reports from patient record systems. The ideal candidate will manage data, provide training, and ensure the integrity of information within the systems while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Saint Catherine’s Hospice is looking for a Data Reporting Administrator to support our clinical teams by producing regular and ad-hoc reports pulled from our patient record systems, improve and maintain these systems and provide end user training to clinical and non-clinical staff.
Respond to requests to amend/ generate new reports for different departments using Microsoft Excel or other appropriate programmes
Co-ordinate data in our patient record database (SystmOne) and our Incident Reporting Database (Vantage), ensuring a high level of accuracy
Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports
Work with the Clinical Admin and Systems Lead on projects and changes to how the patient record system improves efficiency within all departments
Provide ongoing training to all staff on how to use the system for their role
Cleanse and tidy up data within the system.
Set up all users at consistent levels so that information flows into the system in a standard way
