Job Overview

This is an exciting role working within the Data Quality Team. The role involves managing your own workload, meeting tight deadlines, and deputising for the Data Quality Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities

1. Undertake a variety of tasks to contribute to data quality awareness and assurance within the Trust.
2. Maintain the consistency and integrity of data on the Trust's systems.
3. Provide assistance and advice in recording accurate information.
4. Review Trust and Directorate data quality requirements regularly and implement solutions in a rapidly changing environment.
5. Participate in a trust-wide educational program on the importance of data quality.
6. Contribute to the maintenance of System Interfaces, Reference Files, and Audits.
7. Coordinate ward audits performed by the team.

Additional Responsibilities

The post holder will support data quality projects, act as the main contact for directorates and data quality colleagues, and ensure data accuracy for performance, commissioning, information governance, and other purposes. They will use initiative to manage and progress data quality, adhering to local and national standards, and escalate issues when necessary.
