Make Data Matter
We are looking for a talented Data Quality Specialist to turn complex information from SAP, MySQL, AI-enabled tools and bespoke systems into clear, trusted and actionable insight. Working across manufacturing, quality, supply chain, finance and commercial teams, you will build impactful Power BI reporting solutions that help colleagues make faster, evidence-based decisions in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.

- Extract, combine, cleanse and analyse data from SAP, MySQL, AI platforms and internal business systems.
- Translate business questions into clear analytical requirements, robust data models and decision-ready insight.
- Investigate trends, anomalies and root causes, then present practical recommendations to stakeholders.
- Use AI and advanced analytics responsibly to improve forecasting, exception reporting, pattern recognition and process efficiency.
- Automate recurring reports and improve reporting processes while maintaining strong controls, accuracy and auditability.
- Work with system owners and IT colleagues to resolve data quality, access, interface and performance issues.
- Support investigations, deviations, CAPA, audits and continuous-improvement activity with clear analytical evidence.
- Help colleagues make the most of self-service analytics through effective training, guidance and documentation.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Quality Specialist or similar role.
- Strong Power BI capability, including data modelling, Power Query, DAX, dashboard design and publishing.
- Experience extracting and analysing data from SAP or another enterprise resource planning system.
- Strong SQL, Excel and data preparation skills, with confidence reconciling large and complex datasets.
- An understanding of AI-assisted analytics, automation or machine-learning use cases, including responsible use and output validation.
- The ability to define meaningful KPIs and explain technical findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
- A degree or equivalent professional experience in data analytics, computer science, information systems, mathematics, statistics, engineering or a related discipline.
It Would Be Great If You Also Have
- Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare or another highly regulated industry.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality, supply chain or laboratory processes.
- Familiarity with AWS Aurora, Python, R, SAP Analytics Cloud or data warehouse technologies.
- Understanding of data, master data management, GxP, GMP, data integrity or computerised system validation.
- Relevant Microsoft, SAP or data analytics certification.
Why This Role Matters
Your work will improve visibility of operational and quality performance, reduce manual reporting, strengthen data consistency and help teams act on trusted insight. You will have the opportunity to shape analytical solutions that deliver measurable business value while supporting quality, compliance and patient safety.
If you are passionate about data quality, curious about what the numbers can reveal and excited by the opportunity to influence decisions in a pharmaceutical environment, we would love to hear from you.
