Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Data Quality Metrics Specialist to join the Data Governance & AI Non-Financial Risk team. You will design, implement and monitor standardized data quality metrics across the firm to support the Data Quality Program.

In this Associate level role, you will advise stakeholders, maintain the DQ metrics inventory and train risk officers on metrics, partnering with data governance, architecture and risk teams to drive automated metric production and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience advising stakeholders on data quality metrics.
• Ability to design and implement standardized DQ metrics.
• Experience in data governance or risk environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Advise stakeholders on implementing data quality metrics.
• Provide SME input for automation of metric production.
• Maintain inventory of DQ metrics and ensure accuracy.
• Build relationships with key DQ stakeholders and coordinate lifecycle of metrics.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders to drive decisions at senior levels.
• Apply the Data Quality Program framework to metrics and monitoring.
• Train team members and other DQ risk officers on metrics.
