As a Data Quality and Governance Manager, you will be part of the Data Governance and Quality Team, playing a key role in safeguarding our customers' data and ensuring its responsible use across BUK. Your responsibilities include identifying root causes of issues, leveraging data to resolve customer challenges, supporting data governance processes, and managing critical data elements.
To be successful in this role, you should have experience with:
- Proven experience using data and insights to address customer challenges
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on data-driven solutions
- Knowledge of data governance, risk management, or controls

Accountabilities
- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive data and records governance framework aligned with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Monitoring data quality, records metrics, and compliance across the organization
- Identifying and addressing data and records management risks and gaps
- Developing and implementing a records management program ensuring proper identification, classification, storage, retention, retrieval, and disposal of records
- Developing and implementing a data governance strategy aligned with the bank's overall data management strategy and business objectives
- Providing group-wide guidance and training on data and records management standards
