Join our dynamic team as a Program/Project Manager and lead data quality transformation impacting regulatory reporting.

As a Data Quality and Defect Remediation Project Manager Vice President within the Market Operations Regulatory Reporting team, you will be a key driver in transforming strategic plans into tangible programs and projects, delivering impactful results across various business units, thereby further improving data quality and defect remediation. You will leverage your deep knowledge and expertise in project management to navigate complex issues, make informed decisions, and ensure the successful execution of programs. Significant cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, and partnership with technology and business teams will be essential to achieve management's goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage Data Quality and defects arising from multiple sources.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert on Money Markets, Fixed Income, Stock Borrow Loans, and other derivative products.
• Manage regulatory reporting change programs/projects driven by external regulatory and internal business initiatives impacting Money Markets, Securities-Based Lending, and Fixed Income.
• Perform regular Data Quality reviews in partnership with BAU Teams.
• Learn and adopt new tools that facilitate Data Quality assessment.
• Oversee the execution of programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy, effective risk mitigation, and timely delivery.
• Utilize data analytics to monitor program progress, make informed decisions, and adjust as necessary to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with data architects, engineers, and compliance officers to gather requirements and validate data flows.
• Work closely with diverse teams across multiple locations and functions.
• Engage with senior management and stakeholders, providing regular updates and resolving issues collaboratively.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Subject matter expertise in at least two major G20 regulations involving Money Markets, Fixed Income, Stock Borrow Loans, and other derivatives.
• Ability to interrogate data and propose or help devise data quality rules.
• Experience managing numerous defects and navigating impacted applications, partnering with technology teams for solutions and delivery plans.
• Proven leadership in managing complex programs or projects across business units.
• In-depth understanding of the Regulatory Reporting environment with experience on at least two major G20 regulations.
• Proficiency in data analytics, interpreting models, and providing insights for program execution.
• Ability to work with ambiguity and clarify complex problems.
• Strategic thinking skills, using data to evaluate issues and opportunities, and collaborating on strategies.
