PRS for Music Ltd is looking for a dedicated professional to support their Data Protection team. The role involves ensuring compliance with data protection regulations, leading investigations, and providing training to internal teams. Overview
PRS for Music operates at the centre of the UK music industry and is one of the leading music rights organisations globally. We undertake collective rights management on behalf of over 160,000 members. We grow and protect the value of rights entrusted to us, distributing royalties with market leading transparency and efficiency when music is performed, broadcast, streamed, downloaded, reproduced, played in public or used in film and TV.
The role:
This role reports directly into the Head of Data Privacy Operations and will support the wider Data Protection team in ensuring that the processing of personal data is in compliance with the regulatory requirements and internal policies.
The role holder will support various data privacy processes, and provide training, guidance and support to teams across the business on data privacy requirements.

The Process
Our interview process for this role is simple:
First stage interview will take place virtually on MS Teams.
Second stage interview will take place in person at our London Bridge Hub.
We use competency-based questions within our interviews. This allows you to provide examples of situations where you have had to demonstrate the required skills relevant to the role you are applying for. To assist your preparation for interview, research the STAR method to aid bringing your examples to life.
Location
We offer a hybrid working model, allowing employees to work from home up to three days a week.
To ensure the health and safety of all our employees, if you wish to work from home for more than 2.5 days per week, we will conduct a quick and easy remote-working assessment.
