Based in the Greater Manchester Area
My client is a local limb of a national public body, working within a small DP team reporting into the DPO.
- Process applications for information under the Data Protection and Freedom of Information Acts.
- Handle insurance requests and requests from other agencies, and undertake NOCs enquiries.
- Conduct audits and site surveys.
- Assist with record management and governance activities.
- Perform compliance assessments, complaints assessments, information sharing and disclosure assessments, and assist with reviews of subject access and FOI responses.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in data protection, ideally within a public body, with specific focus on DSARs.
Hybrid working after a 3-month probationary period.
