Data Protection Paralegal – London

We’re working with a high-profile client seeking a meticulous and proactive Data Protection Paralegal to join its London-based privacy team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen interest in data protection, regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with high-volume Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs), including coordination with external suppliers for review and redaction
  • Administer and continuously improve the end-to-end Rights Requests process, ensuring compliance and timely delivery
  • Support the Office of the DPO with daily operations, including inbox management, reporting and stakeholder engagement
  • Act as a key liaison between the privacy team and internal departments to ensure swift and effective responses to data-related queries
  • Contribute to the management of personal data breach incidents, including fact-finding, internal reporting and mitigation guidance
  • Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports to support compliance monitoring and strategic decision-making
