Job summary

Step Into Learning in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Business Support Lead to drive the team in a busy, fast-paced environment, implementing organisational strategy, values and culture.

You will lead finance administration, quality and awarding‑organisation administration, examinations, learner administration, safeguarding support, and act as Data Protection Officer.

A hands‑on leader, you will coordinate workloads, oversee systems, manage deadlines, and maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• Maths and English at Level 2 (GCSE C/4 or equivalent).
• Level 3 Business Administration qualification or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on leader who works with the team while maintaining oversight.
• Organised, calm and resilient under competing priorities.
• Strong integrity and discretion with confidential data.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Business Support function and coordinate workloads.
• Oversee finance administration, quality and awarding-organisation admin, exams, and learner admin.
• Provide safeguarding support and cover where needed.
• Act as Data Protection Officer and ensure GDPR compliance.
