Hobson Prior is seeking a Data Protection Officer to join our client's team, focusing on providing data protection services to clients. You will be responsible for advising clients on data protection matters, ensuring compliance with regulations, and serving as a point of contact for data protection authorities and individuals.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver data protection services to clients as per agreements.
  • Oversee and guide team activities to align with client privacy programs.
  • Regularly assess team efforts to ensure compliance with data protection standards.
  • Provide strategic advice to enhance client data protection practices.
  • Act as the main contact for client queries and concerns about data protection.
  • Participate in client meetings and document discussions.
  • Develop and review necessary documentation for service delivery.

  • Support clients in managing data breaches and compliance monitoring.
