Data Protection Officer (c.£52k, full-time, hybrid)
We are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable Data Protection Officer to safeguard our reputation and ensure compliance with UK GDPR and related regulatory frameworks. This pivotal role will be our appointed Data Protection Officer, incorporating all statutory obligations set out in Article 38 of the UK GDPR. You will be responsible for developing policies, managing subject access requests and ensuring our compliance with relevant aspects of the Regulator for Social Housing and Housing Ombudsman Services’ regulatory frameworks, including the Social Tenant Access to Information Standard.
You will need to be an effective communicator, with the ability to engage colleagues and present complex information in a clear and understandable format. You will have strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity, using sound decision making to determine appropriate actions.

The role will be based in our Sevenoaks Office, however we offer a flexible approach to hybrid working, with full-time employees attending the office twice a week.
