We are looking for a Data Protection Officer (DPO) to join the Watches at Switzerland Group at our Support Centre in Leicester, Carlton Park. As the DPO, you will manage risk and legal compliance related to data protection and freedom of information obligations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), working closely with key stakeholders across the Group to establish best practices.

You are expected to adopt a commercial outlook, ensuring that the Group can leverage its use of data to drive positive commercial outcomes in a safe and responsible manner.

About You

  • Lawyer or governance/compliance professional.
  • Expert knowledge of GDPR with the ability to interpret and analyze complex qualitative and quantitative information, primary and secondary legislation, and report accordingly.
  • Commercial awareness: mindful of the business's commercial objectives when providing compliance support.
  • Commitment and enthusiasm.
  • Embraces change: adaptable to changing regulatory requirements and eager to develop new skills.
  • Able to build strong and effective relationships both internally and externally.
