As our Data Protection Officer, you will ensure compliance with data protection laws, develop policies, advise on compliance, manage data subject requests, and oversee incident management.

More About The Role
  1. Policy Development & Implementation: Drive compliance initiatives and ensure best practices.
  2. Stakeholder Engagement & Training: Educate and collaborate with teams on data protection principles.
  3. Point of Contact: Liaise with internal teams and regulatory bodies like the ICO.
  4. Incident Management: Oversee data breaches, ensuring timely reporting and resolution.
  5. Supplier Management: Review contracts for compliance with data regulations.
  6. Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs): Conduct and oversee DPIAs to mitigate risks.
  7. Audits & Reporting: Conduct compliance audits and report to senior stakeholders.

  1. Experience: Proven in data privacy, GDPR, PECR, with experience in risk assessments and audits.
  2. Skills: Strong organizational and strategic skills, with ability to implement compliance systems.
  3. Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborative relationships.
