A prominent political organization is seeking a Data Protection Officer to ensure compliance with data protection regulations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data protection principles and proven experience in handling data protection issues. This role offers flexibility regarding hours and remote working options, with a salary of £58,084.17 plus an allowance.

Location: Labour Party Head Office, Newcastle or London. We are open to discussing reduced hours, flexible start and finish times, and remote working.
Salary: £58,084.17 (gross) per annum plus a fixed sum allowance of £1,153. Additional London Weighting applies.
Duration: Permanent
The post-holder will act as the Labour Party's statutory Data Protection Officer (DPO), overseeing and managing the Party's data protection compliance framework and ensuring all personal data processing activities meet the highest standards of compliance.
