Essential Criteria:

• Must have demonstrable experience of mentoring / coaching employees within the workplace.
• Must hold solid occupational competency within Data Protection / Information Governance.
• Organisational skills are essential, along with the ability to plan your time effectively.
• Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.

Duties include:

• Managing a caseload of remote learners, supporting them towards completion of a Level 4 Apprenticeship in Data Protection and Information Governance.
• Delivery of engaging training sessions.
• Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely assessments and reviews.
• Supporting learners to achieve Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2.
• Organising and maintaining documentation on learners' progress.
• Overcoming barriers to learning and adapting delivery to meet learners' needs.
