You will handle a varied workload across contentious and non-contentious data protection matters, Subject Access Requests, and cyber security issues within a busy and respected team.

Hybrid working arrangements are available, and the role can be based in Birmingham, London, or a number of regional locations,

Qualifications

• Solid data protection or information governance background from a law firm, in-house, or as a data privacy professional.

Responsibilities

• Manage contentious and non-contentious data protection matters.
• Process Subject Access Requests and related information rights.
• Address cyber security issues and related litigation arising from these areas.
