The firm is seeking a Data Protection and Cyber Associate or Senior Associate with 3+ years PQE to join its Leeds based team. You will join a well established and high performing specialist team of 5 to 6 lawyers handling complex and high value data and cyber matters. The role will involve both collaborative team based work and responsibility for managing your own matters.
Your caseload will include advising on data protection regulations, privacy compliance, freedom of information issues, data sharing arrangements and related cyber incidents. You will work closely with the Head of Department, gaining strong exposure to technically challenging matters and strategic client advisory work.
This is a technical and commercially focused position offering exposure to complex regulatory and contentious data matters, alongside a consistent and reliable workflow.
