This award-winning team advises a diverse portfolio of clients, including global corporates, public authorities, and technology providers. The work is intellectually stimulating and spans both transactional and advisory support – from major corporate deals to regulatory compliance, policy development, and data governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver tailored data protection training and guidance.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified solicitor (Scots or England & Wales) with 4–8 years of relevant experience.

  • Strong background in both transactional and advisory data protection matters.

  • Expertise in UK and EU data privacy frameworks.

  • Commercial acumen and a pragmatic approach to complex legal challenges.

  • Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills.

Desirable:

  • Experience with cybersecurity matters or advising on AI and emerging tech.

This is a rare opportunity to take your privacy law expertise to the next level within a collaborative and forward-thinking team.
