Our client, a leading UK law firm headquartered in Scotland, is currently seeking a senior-level Lawyer to join its highly regarded Data Protection and Information Law Team. The firm offers flexibility on location, with the role available in its Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen, or Inverness offices.
The team handles both transactional and advisory work for a variety of clients, including international organisations, prominent corporations, technology providers, public authorities, and charities. The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of data protection matters, such as mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, compliance issues, drafting policies and procedures, and advising clients on legislative updates.
To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 4 years’ PQE with extensive experience in data protection work, encompassing both advisory and transactional matters. The firm also welcomes applications from candidates qualified in England & Wales.
