Job Description:

Our client, a leading UK law firm headquartered in Scotland, is currently seeking a senior-level Lawyer to join its highly regarded Commercial, IP, and IT team. The firm offers flexibility on location, with the role available in its Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen, or Inverness offices.

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have between 4–8 years’ PQE (Scots or England and Wales qualified), with significant experience gained in private practice or in-house. However, candidates outside this PQE range who can demonstrate the requisite expertise are also encouraged to apply. You should demonstrate a strong interest and enthusiasm for commercial contracts, IP, IT, and/or data protection matters, alongside a proven track record in these areas. Candidates seeking a four-day working week will also be considered.

This is a demanding role requiring the ability to manage a complex and busy workload. The team is dynamic and ambitious, offering exposure to high-quality work within a supportive environment and a healthy work-life balance. Candidates with a keen interest in legal innovation are also welcome to apply. The firm also offers clear prospects for career progression.

If this opportunity could be of interest, please do not hesitate to contact either Cameron or Frasia for an initial and confidential discussion. (Assignment 16839)
