Job Description:

The Opportunity

We have a fantastic new opportunity to join our UK Consulting and Implementation division as a Senior Consultant. The ideal candidate will have prior consulting experience and commercial exposure within the data protection, cyber, and assurance fields, gained from delivering a diverse range of services across a broad client base. Strong client-facing skills and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders are essential.

Key Accountabilities:
  1. Build and maintain trusted client relationships through high-quality service, exceeding expectations.
  2. Conduct onsite and remote assessments, advising, analyzing, and reporting in line with client requirements, engaging with stakeholders, reviewing documentation, auditing systems, and presenting findings.
  3. Translate technical and non-technical findings into actionable remediation plans.
  4. Ensure adherence to internal security and quality policies. Collaborate with Markets and Pre-Sales teams during sales cycles to assist with project assessment and pricing.
  5. Support the preparation of sales proposals, bids, and tenders for Assurance & Compliance services.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. Experience in Data Protection Impact Assessments, Data Subject Requests, data breaches, and privacy frameworks.
  2. Deep understanding of GDPR, DPA 2018, and other relevant privacy legislation.
  3. Privacy qualification such as CIPP/E.
  4. Knowledge of control frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, ISO27701, NIS, and CAF.
  5. Experience with risk assessment methodologies such as ISO 27005, IRAM, and FAIR.
  6. Diligence in delivering projects on time, within budget, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  7. Strong relationship-building skills and technical expertise in Cyber Security.
  8. Excellent communication, consulting, and reporting skills.
Desirable Requirements:
  1. Experience as a DPO.
  2. Knowledge of Zero Trust, Privacy by Design, Security by Design, AI, and cloud certifications (AWS/GCP/Azure).
