Due to growth, we are seeking an experienced Data Project Manager to support our ERP implementation. This hybrid role requires at least 3 days onsite at the Ayr mill, with occasional travel to Hawick.

The role supports the IT Manager and IT team, initially as a 12-month fixed-term contract, focusing on data collation and cleansing in preparation for Dynamics 365 implementation in early 2027.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Proven project leadership, managing timelines and resources.
• Stakeholder engagement and management experience.
• Experience with data management and ERP systems, including architecture and integrations. Familiarity with Dynamics 365 is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to guide teams.
• Proficiency in manipulating and transforming data using Excel, SQL, or similar tools.
• Experience with data management or ERP in manufacturing or retail is desirable.

Qualifications/Education:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Data Science preferred.
• Business Administration and Project Management experience.
