Job description

We've partnered with a leading international insurer to help them find a Data Program Manager to join their fast-evolving Transformation team. This is a great opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of data across commercial and technical domains, with a strong focus on underwriting and analytics enablement.


Role Responsibilities:
  1. Lead cross-functional projects focused on data transformation, influencing key stakeholders across Underwriting, Product, Sales, and IT.
  2. Own the design and implementation of a cutting-edge Underwriting Data Warehouse, tailored for business insight and operational efficiency.
  3. Define and oversee data quality frameworks, KPIs, and UAT processes to ensure robust, user-centric solutions.
  4. Drive data governance initiatives, embedding best practices for accuracy, completeness, and accessibility.
  5. Oversee multiple concurrent data projects, coordinating resources and aligning delivery with strategic priorities.
  6. Support TPA data initiatives, shaping scalable, future-proof processes in line with business evolution.
  7. Provide mentorship to project team members and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
