Job summary

Miryco Consultants are partnering with a top-tier investment manager to appoint a Data Product Owner in London. This role focuses on delivering data-driven systems using Databricks and guiding product initiatives across the data stack.

You will collaborate with Developers, Technology, Pricing, Quant and Actuarial teams on a range of projects, owning analysis, design and implementation of innovative data solutions.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of professional experience in a similar function.
• Minimum 2:1 degree in a relevant subject from a leading university.
• Highly analytical with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in project management and multi-tasking.
• Strong technical ability, ideally in Databricks and understanding of the SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership for analysis, creation and implementation of new systems and technologies for operations, reinsurance and Bulk-Purchase-Annuity deals.

Miryco Consultants are working with a top-tier privately backed Investment Manager who are looking to add a Data Product Owner to their high performing team.

This individual will also work closely with Developers, Technology, Pricing, Quant and Actuarial teams on a variety of projects and product innovations. As such, we're looking for a high-achieving and strongly motivated professional with strong technical ability, particularly in Databricks.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership for the analysis, creation and implementation of new and innovative systems and technologies to help the firm with its general operations, Reinsurance and Bulk-Purchase-Annuity deals.

Requirements

• 4 -7 years professional experience in a similar function
• Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree in a relevant subject from a leading University.
• Highly analytical with problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working in a project-management capacity, capable of multi-tasking.
• Strong technical ability, ideally in Databricks, with an understanding of the software development life-cycle.
