Allianz UK in Guildford is seeking a Product Owner to lead the development and exploitation of data within Allianz Commercial. You will own the vision, roadmap and backlog for a portfolio of data products, working with a cross-functional Scrum team to take ideas from concept through to delivery and into everyday use across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience as Product Owner in data-driven projects.
• Strong knowledge of data products, governance and value delivery.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in insurance/financial services beneficial.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Own the vision, roadmap and backlog for data product portfolio.
• Collaborate with business and data teams to deliver trusted data.
• Define epics and user stories, prioritise the backlog ahead of sprints.
• Prepare for Program Increment planning with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrate progress and ensure adoption of data products.
