Job summary

L&Q is seeking a meticulous Data Processing Administrator to join our team in London, Stratford or Manchester. You will handle data updates in our housing management system, ensuring accuracy and consistency, reporting to the Data Processing Lead.

This fixed-term contract (until 31/03/2028) offers hybrid working and a path to contribute to critical housing data integrity across services.

Qualifications

• Experience in data processing, administration or back-office roles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to focus during repetitive, process-driven tasks.
• Experience handling high volumes of information with quality.
• Proficient in Excel or similar spreadsheets.
• Good organisation to manage priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Methodical problem solving and issue resolution.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of data amendments accurately in the housing system.
• Manage requests via the ticketing system and meet service levels.
• Review information and update customer, tenancy and property records.
• Perform validation checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and correct data discrepancies and escalate as needed.
• Use Excel and tools to validate information and support reconciliation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to gather information and resolve queries.
• Maintain clear records of work and ensure data governance compliance.
• Contribute to team performance and timely workload completion.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for data quality.
