Beiersdorf UK Ltd. in Birmingham is seeking a role focused on process excellence, data reporting, and digital solutions within the Supply Chain Management function.

You will develop dashboards using SAP, Excel, and Power BI, collaborate with IT and business stakeholders, and support SAP enhancements, automation, and EDI integrations. A proactive, data-driven mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong technical reporting skills with Power BI and AI-driven reporting focus.
• Experience developing effective reports and dashboards from data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across functions.

Responsabilités

• Support Supply Chain process improvements across NOE.
• Collaborate with Process & Data Lead, stakeholders, SAP users, and IT.
• Analyse issues, support root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Support process standardisation and maintain documentation.
• Support SAP enhancements, testing, implementation and change activities.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs using SAP, Excel, Power BI.
• Work with stakeholders to deliver reporting requirements.
• Support automation and digital initiatives using Power Platform and AI tools.
• Design, develop, test and maintain solutions; translate business requirements.
• Support testing, training and adoption; monitor and improve existing solutions.
• Support EDI onboarding, integrations, and change requests; maintain documentation.
• Build strong relationships across Supply Chain, IT, Customer Service, and Global teams.
