Job summary

Sheridans’ Technology & Digital Regulation team is seeking an Associate with 2 to 4 years’ post-qualification experience who enjoys a broad remit in data protection, digital regulation and commercial matters, including GDPR, the Digital Services Act, Online Safety Act and EU AI Act. The role preference is London, with Berlin-based options for suitably qualified candidates.

You will draft agreements, assess clients’ data use and privacy impact, review products under applicable digital

Qualifications

• Experience in software licensing, including SaaS and on‑prem contracts.
• Experience with GDPR and privacy projects, notices, processing and transfer agreements.
• Experience of UK/EU digital regulation, AI and adtech, consumer contracts, ePrivacy and advertising.
