A regulatory organization is seeking a Data Privacy & Compliance Team Lead to manage a team of practitioners and ensure compliance with data protection legislation. This role offers flexible working arrangements and a competitive salary package starting from £63,446. The successful candidate will have deep expertise in data protection and the ability to lead and develop a high-performing team within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to translate data protection knowledge into operational requirements.
• Experience in managing day-to-day activities of a compliance team.
• Capability to provide technical guidance on privacy and information security matters.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily activities of the Data Privacy and Compliance team.
• Advise Senior Information Risk Owner on high-profile issues.
• Maintain and improve the information security management system.
• Support the development of a competent team of data privacy practitioners.
